Police made two arrests, investigated 11 motor vehicle accidents, issued 36 infractions, 15 written warnings and three verbal warnings. • An unwanted person was reported at a West Lake Avenue address, 5:18 p.m.
• An unwanted person was reported at a Soundview Road business, 5:31 p.m.
• Harassment, resident reports receiving two sweepstakes phone calls today; caller used profane language.
