• An 18 year-old man of Cohurst Drive was arrested at 11:25 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.

• A 42 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:24 p.m. for having a mutilated plate and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 19 year-old woman of Hartford Turnpike was arrested at 6:05 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 33 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 21 year-old Milford woman was arrested at 3:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree
