• A 51 year-old man of Laurel Street was arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.

• A 23 year-old man of Rabbit Rock Road was arrested at 10:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have insurance, traveling unreasonably fast, and making an improper turn.
