Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for June 20 and 21

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 21 year-old Westbrook woman was arrested at 1:09 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and operating a motor vehicle with as an inexperience driver while carrying a passenger. She was stopped on Route 1 near Donnelly Road. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond pending a July 5 court date.

• No arrests were made.

• A 42 year-old Clinton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:08 p.m. for failure to have insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and traveling unreasonably fast on Old Boston Post Road near Cottage Place.
