Guilford Police Incident Report for June 1
The Guilford Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for length and content.Wednesday, June 1From May 26 through June 1 the Guilford Police Department received 301 calls for service. Police made five arrests, investigated eight motor vehicle accidents, issued 29 infractions, 26 written warnings and three verbal warnings. Pam Johnson compiles the Police Incident Report.

• An administrator reported a student minor in possession of tobacco was reported at Guilford High School, 605 New England Road, 10:38 a.m.
• A youth involved in a breach of peace incident at Guilford High School was referred to juvenile court, 11:49 a.m.
• Breach of peace, youths fighting near tennis court, State Street, 200 block, 3:13 p.m.
• Animal nuisance, snapping turtle at playground in rear of Calvin Leete Elementary School, 6:41 p.m. No children were at the playground.
• Family dispute, Three Corners Road, 7:05 p.m.
• Family dispute, Race Hill Road, 8:09 p.m.
• A person came to police headquarters to report finding a stolen bicycle.
• Animal nuisance, llamas in the road, Lakeside Drive, 11:51 p.m.
