The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. • A 53 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 23 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, larceny in the fourth degree, and conspiracy to commit burglary and larceny.

• An 18 year-old man of Elm Street was arrested at 4:21 p.m. and charged with failure to keep prescription narcotics in their original container, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
