North Haven Police Incident Report for May 3

• A 36 year-old man of Upper State Street was arrested at 6:06 a.m. and charged with stalking in the third degree.

• A 22 year-old Hartford man was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree and failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.

• A 61 year-old man of Blakeslee Avenue was issued a citation at 1:17 p.m. for creating a public disturbance.
