• A 73 year-old man of a Clintonville Road was arrested at 2:04 p.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, failure to have insurance, and failure to display plate/sticker.

• A 50 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 8:20 p.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree.

• A 62 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:30 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and having a defective windshield.

• A 57 year-old man of Lynette Drive was issued a citation at 12:12 a.m. for allowing a dog to roam.
