• A 31 year-old woman of a Jefferson Road apartment was arrested at 10:16 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 54 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 3:24 p.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to have insurance.
