The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. • A 20 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:11 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, violation of probation, and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 22 year-old woman of Pinewood Road was arrested at 4:15 p.m. and charged on a warrant with three counts of failure to a appear in the second degree.  

• A 21 year-old woman of Shady Lane was arrested at 4:47 p.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree, failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

• A 31 year-old Haddam man was arrested at 2:42 a.m. and charged with violation of a restraining order.
