Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Feb. 15

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns   of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Tuesday, Feb. 15Senior correspondent Jason J. • No arrests were made.

• A 28 year-old woman of Baum Avenue was issued a citation at 5:41 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Route 1 near Spencer Plains Road.

• A 34 year-old Clinton man was issued a citation at 2:16 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Main Street.
