Westbrook Police Incident Report for Feb. 2 to 4

• An 18 year-old Deep River man was issued a citation for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway after he lost control of the 1996 Chevy K1500 he was operating southbound on Route 153 and struck a wire rope guard rail. A 16 year-old passenger of Trolley Avenue was onboard. No injuries were reported at the scene.
