• A car driving on the town green with no lights on was reported as a motor vehicle violation on Whitfield Street, 12:30 a.m.
• Snow from a heavy winter storm was the cause of several reports of cars blocking snow plow access on roads in town. Police issued violation tags to six vehicles including those on Oxbow Lane, Lantern Hill Road, Jefferson Drive
• Family dispute, View Place, 6:49 p.m.
• Family dispute, verbal argument taking place in vehicle in Post Office parking lot, 42 Water St., 9:17 p.m.
• Breach of peace, loud and obnoxious patient attempting to leave but needs treatment, Yale-New Haven Shoreline Medical Center emergency room, 111 Goose Lane, 11:05 p.m.
• No arrests were made.
• Family dispute, address not provided by police, 1:14 a.m.
• Guilford police were asked to assist Branford police by looking out for a vehicle with a driver involved in a road rage incident who allegedly choked a driver of another vehicle before driving off, Boston Post Road, 2400 block, 9:16 p.m. The wanted person was later located and apprehended in Branford by Branford police.
• Criminal mischief, graffiti on men’s room wall, Guilford Free Public Library, 67 Park St.
• Theft, license plate missing from vehicle, Tanner Marsh Road.
• Neighbor trouble, Lakeside Drive, 12:07 p.m.
