• A 65 year-old man of Kings Highway was arrested at 2:44 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree following a domestic dispute between two brothers. What began as a verbal argument escalated to the physical assault of a 57 year-old man was struck in the face several times and suffered physical injury. The accused was released after posting a $500 surety bond pending court arraignment.

• At 12:49 a.m. Trooper Nicholas Tewell reported that a 56 year-old Middletown man was operating a 2010 Chevy Camaro when he was struck by an unknown vehicle that evaded the scene. No injuries were reported at the scene but the Camaro required towing.
