• A 25 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 53 year-old man of Green Springs Drive was arrested at 4:07 p.m. and charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree, permitting minors to possess alcohol, and conspiracy to commit tamper with or fabricating evidence. Occupation: Brokerage executive. In the same incident a 52 year-old woman of the same address were charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree and permitting minors to possess alcohol. Occupation: Sales associate. Additionally, a 19 year-old man of the same Green Springs Drive address and a 19 year-old West Haven man were charged with tamper with or fabricating evidence and possession alcohol my a minor. These arrests stem from an investigation into a suspicious death of Jaquell Jackson that occurred on June 19, 2010. All three were released on $5000 non-surety bonds and schedule to appear in New Haven Superior Court on Jan. 18. An additional arrest warrant has been issued for the 27 year-old son also residing at the Green Springs Road address. The 27 year-old was out of state when the rest of his family turned themselves over to police and he was expected to turn himself in upon his return.

• A narcotics/drug investigation was made at 100 Bradley Road at 4:42 p.m.
