Guilford Police Incident Report for Dec. 29


The Guilford Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for length and content.Wednesday, Dec. 29From Dec. 23 through Dec. 29, the Guilford Police Department received 251 calls for service. Police made five arrests, investigated 15 motor vehicle accidents, issued two infractions, 11 written warnings and three verbal warnings. • A 52 year-old Killingworth resident a 46 year-old Westbrook resident were each charged on a warrant in the same case. The two were charged with conspiracy and first-degree larceny.

• Two Clinton residents of the same address, ages 27 and 33, were each charged with conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny, after police responded to a report of two shoplifters in custody, Big Y, 830 Boston Post Road, 2:01 p.m.

• Ducks, some dead and some injured, reported found in roadway near Mill Stone Drive, vicinity Durham Road 2000 block; 6:39 a.m.

• A person who left her vehicle at the Yale-New Haven Medical Center on the evening of Dec. 28 reported she now could not find her vehicle, 111 Goose Lane, 7:08 p.m.

• Fraud, resident reports unauthorized charges to a credit card.

• A customer was reported for not paying a taxi driver, Three Mile Course, 9:40 p.m.
