• A 36 year-old man of Laurel Hill Road was arrested at 7 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, threatening, and unlawful restraint in the first degree.

• A 22 year-old man of a Church Street apartment was arrested at 11:16 p.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of a protective order.
