Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Nov. 2
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 62 year-old Groton man was arrested at 3:20 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order under the Domestic Violence Act. He was released on a $1000 non-surety bond pending a Nov. 3 court date.
• A 17 year-old was issued a citation at 8:21 p.m. for failure to have lights lit and violation of passenger restrictions imposed on a 16 or 17 year-old driver following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at Elm Street.
