Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Oct. 25 and 26
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • No arrests were made.
• A 26 year-old Waterford man was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the sixth degree, credit card theft, and illegal use of a credit card. He was released after posting a $5000 surety bond and issued a Nov. 9 court date.
• A 51 year-old man of Sherman Street was arrested at 6:35 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond pending a Nov. 9 court date.
• A 38 year-old man of North Main Street was arrested at 10:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs on Lynde Street near Maplewood Street. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond pending a Nov. 8 court date.
• A 58 year-old Essex man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:18 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have insurance on Route 1 at Elm Street.
