• A 34 year-old man of Mill Street was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.

• A 47 year-old man of Jeffery Road was arrested at 12:56 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
