• A 46 year-old North Haven man was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with one count of failure to appear in the first degree and three counts of failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 48 year-old man of Averill Place was arrested at 7:07 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
