• A 50 year-old East Haven man and a 42 year-old New Haven man were arrested at 11:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree. The 50 year-old was also charged with having a mutilated plate.
• A 28 year-old North Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:21 p.m. for failure to have insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 27 year-old New Milford man was issued a citation at 5:48 p.m. for creating a public disturbance.
