• An 84 year-old man of Little Bay Lane was arrested at 11:39 a.m. and charged with cruelty to animals and allowing a dog to roam.
• A 44 year-old man of Gentile Place was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 22 year-old woman of Buttermilk Lane was arrested at 9:10 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree.
• A 48 year-old woman of a Briarwood Lane apartment was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.
