The Guilford Police Dept sponsored a 10th birthday party for Jack Waggoner a much beloved boy, at the community center. A special Storm Trooper dance was performed by Jack's gradparent's Sheri & Brian McMillian. Sheri & Brian traveled up from Texas to surprise Jack.
