Daniel Dudek

Daniel M. Dudek, 67, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2024, at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford, with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of 39 years of Gail Smallman Dudek and father to Cody Dudek (Sarah). He leaves behind a sister, Diana Dudek Harris, and two brothers, David Dudek (Charlene) and Donald Dudek (Sharon). Also, leaving some wonderful nieces and nephews. Born in New Haven on July 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Alexander and Antoinette D’Errico Dudek.

He served his country faithfully in the U.S. Navy. Daniel worked at Sikorsky Aircraft and finally found his career with the East Haven Fire Department, where he served for 25 years until his retirement.

The visiting hours were on July 23 and July 24 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A graveside service was on July 24 in All Saints Cemetery.
