Michele Ferrante

On June 30, 2024, Michele Ferrante, 64, of Guilford, formerly of Long Island, New York, passed away at her home. Michele was born in Smithtown, Long Island, on Jan. 16, 1960, daughter of the late Michael Ferrante and Celeste (Celano) Ferrante. She was the beloved sister of Aida Steahle of Guilford. She is also survived by a niece, Kathy Steahle and partner Anna Rodonski of Guilford/Nashville. She is predeceased by brother-in-law Eugene (Pal) Steahle and nephew Scott Steahle. She is survived by Scott’s two children, Cailan and Braedan; and his former wife Shannon of Clinton.

Michele graduated from high school in Long Island. She had worked multiple jobs for Sarah Tuxis for several years while relocating to Guilford to live with Eugene and Aida Steahle and their children.
