06/20/2024 10:13 AMPaul F. Connolly, Jr., 56, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 9, 2024. Paul was born Feb. 24, 1968, to Jeanne (Silvestro) Connolly and Paul F. Connolly, Sr., of Branford.
Growing up in Branford, Paul attended Branford High School, graduating in 1986. During his teenage years, he was a competitive swimmer, a member of multiple swim clubs, and eventually captain of the Branford High School swim team. After high school, he found a passion for working out and exercise. Wherever he lived, you could always find him at the local gym, where he made many friends and acquaintances.
Throughout his life, Paul lived in five different cities and was always happy to move to wherever the next, exciting opportunity was waiting. He traveled around the world as part of his work, and he loved telling stories about his adventures.
He is survived by his parents, Paul Connolly, Sr. and Jeanne Connolly; sister, Shaune (William) Gillespie; and brother, Brian Connolly (Gregory Ryburn).
