Artistic in so many ways, she created beautiful crocheted and knitted blankets for family and friends. In her early life, she sang with the choir of the Baptist Church, and as she was raising her family, she could be found singing as she tackled all the details of everyday life. In later years, she let her creativity express itself in some beautiful paintings and painted pottery. She had a long working career that covered multiple industries, including hospitality, food, printing, and quality control. Known for her sharp wit and direct approach, she knew how to get things done.
Funeral services and burial are private at the convenience of her family. For an online guestbook, see www.wsclancy.com.
