John Jerome “Jerry” Mulh
Jerry Mulh, of Westbrook, passed away at Middlesex Hospital after a short but aggressive illness in the wee hours of April 22, 2024, surrounded by his family. Born on July 30, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late John and Mary Mulh.
Jerry grew up in the town of Garfield Hights, Ohio and attended the local schools, participating in every sport the town had to offer. After attending Cleveland State University, he spent his life in the accounting field and loved every minute of being surrounded by numbers. Anyone who knew Jerry knew he loved to talk and could start a conversation with anyone; he was never at a loss for words.
Besides his wife Charlene, he leaves his sister Mary Ann Hamp of Florida and his sister-in-law Dorothy Mulh of Ohio. He was preceded in death by his brother Bill. Jerry is survived by his sons, Bradley (Erica) and Andrew (Allison). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Jordan (Thomas) Creel of Florida, Alexandria Mulh, Jacob Mulh, and Avery Mulh. He will be missed by his great-granddaughters, Lily of Florida, and his best playmate and buddy, Stella of Westbrook. Jerry also leaves behind a very large and loving extended family, which includes several cousins, many sisters and brothers-in-law, and over a hundred amazing nieces, nephews, grand and great-nieces, and great-nephews spread across the country. He loved them all.
Services will be private at the discretion of the family.
