Bill Belcher passed away on Nov. 6, 2023. He wanted us to have a Celebration of Life this spring, one that is more joyous than sad. We would like to invite everyone who knew him to come together to reminisce about the “good times” of this wonderful man. Join us from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, at the American Legion Hall, 82 W. Main Street, Clinton. Food and beverages will be provided. We hope to see you there.
