Earle Corcoran

Earle Corcoran, 88, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024, at his home with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of 62 years to Doreen Reynolds Corcoran.

Earle was born in New Haven on Aug. 28, 1935, and was the son of the late Earle and Alma Brown Corcoran. He was a graduate of Wilcox Technical School in Meriden and served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army. Earle was an electrical engineer for over 40 years until his retirement.

He enjoyed working around his home, and most of all, Earle enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandsons, whom he loved unconditionally.

He was the father of Karen Diana and her husband Scott; grandfather of Jayden and Javian Diana; brother of Thomas Corcoran and the late Loretta Read and Ethel Montgomery.

The visiting hour will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday morning, Feb. 16, at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A graveside service will follow at noon in All Saints Cemetery.
