Jeffrey Thomas Moore
Jeffrey Thomas “Jeff” Moore, a man who found beauty in the simplicity of life, passed away on Sept. 10 in Richmond, Virginia. Born on March 12, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, Jeff left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him.
One of Jeff’s greatest pastimes was spending time outdoors, reveling in the serenity of parks and the thrill of tossing a frisbee. He had an innate ability to find tranquility in the simplest moments, and his peaceful presence and quiet reassurance comforted all who were fortunate enough to be in his company.
Above all, Jeff’s heart overflowed with generosity. His unwavering support for others and his self-sacrificing nature were beacons of light in the lives of those he touched. In the tapestry of life, Jeffrey Thomas Moore’s thread was one of kindness, love, and selflessness. His legacy lives on through the memories he created, the love he shared, and the lives he touched.
Jeff was a 1977 Old Saybrook High School graduate. He is survived by his loving children, Adam Moore and Megan (Moore) Winiewicz and her spouse Alex Winiewicz; his adoring grandchildren, Indiana Moore, William Winiewicz, and Evelyn Winiewicz; his brothers: Gregory Moore, Bradley Moore, Timothy Moore, and Daniel Moore, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
