Harold A. Heath

On July 6, Harold A. Heath, 94, a longtime resident of Madison, passed away at Apple Rehab of Old Saybrook. Husband of the late Mary (Jessey) Heath. Mr. Heath was born in New Haven on May 14, 1929, the son of the late John F. Heath and Mary (Robbins) Heath. Loving father of Jeffrey Heath of Florida, Edward Heath of Connecticut, and Elizabeth Slade and her husband Arthur of Maryland. He is also survived by two grandchildren: Ashley (Jason) Kinsey and Jeffrey Heath Jr., and three great-grandchildren: Ever and Aidan Kinsey and Jaylon Heath. Predeceased by his brother John Heath, his sister June Beverly and his brother-in-law Lynwood A. Beverly, Sr.

Harold proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Before retirement, Mr. Heath worked as a brakeman for Conrail for 43 years.
