05/18/2023 11:21 AMLianne Escher, 82, of Guilford, passed away peacefully on April 24. Lianne was a beautiful, kind, genuine soul with a sassy streak and a twinkle in her eye. She was loved by many.
Lianne had a fulfilling career as an MSW, author, and artist. Her life was full, both in helping others and expressing herself creatively. Her passion for art was evident in the paintings that filled her home.
In her free time, Lianne enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, painting, reading, traveling, gardening, and simply listening to the sounds of the world around her. Known for her lively conversations and endless supply of tea, she always made sure to create beautiful memories with those she loved.
Lianne’s life will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, at the Dudley Farm in North Guilford. Friends and family are invited to come and share a memory or share in the community that she created.
