Diana truly enjoyed life and prided herself on her independence. Diana thrived living at East Farms Village and created friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. She enjoyed many activities, including bocce, bingo, and many card games. She was the life of the party and killed it on the dance floor.
Diana’s family always came first. She absolutely loved being with family and showered them with her love and specially prepared meals.
Her family would like to extend an enormous thank you to the Connecticut Hospice in-home care team and to Rachelle Rivera and her team of amazing caregivers that helped make Diana’s last few months with us as comfortable as possible.
