He was a master marine technician for over 30 years, an avid Fountain race boat enthusiast, and a lover of animals. John was always willing to help anyone in need. His kindness knew no bounds.
He is survived by his best friend and life partner of 20 years, Katherine S. Smith; his daughter Katherine Ann Ricci; his beloved pets and his many friends.
