Morgan Jennings Desilio

Morgan Jennings Desilio of Old Saybrook passed away in the early hours of March 24.

Morgan was born Sept. 1, 1987, to Heather Downie-Desilio and Francois Desilio. To those who knew Morgan, she was quiet, funny, and always generous. She loved the beach and being around anyone who could make her laugh.

Morgan graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2010 with a bachelor of arts in psychology. Her free spirit and sense of adventure allowed her to experience many things, making many friends along the way.

Morgan’s greatest adventure and love of her life was her son “Tripp” Timothy Dean Belanger III. Most recently, Morgan was excited to be able to go to Disney with Tripp and her partner Eric. The trio also enjoyed their time outside and camping at the beach.

Morgan also loved spending hours with her father listening to music on long car rides down beach roads all around town.

Morgan has now joined her beloved mother, Heather Downie-Desilio; grandfather and grandmother, Gilbert and Hugette Desilio; and her grandfather John Meldrom Downie in eternal rest. Morgan leaves behind her son Timothy Dean Belanger III; her loving partner Eric Haagensen; father Francois (Robin)Desilio; sister Allegra Kelly; grandmother Barbara Downie; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will all miss her dearly.
