Brunilda Munoz-Levine
Brunilda Munoz-Levine, after a long battle with cancer, passed away peacefully on Feb. 12, surrounded by her husband, Eric Levine; her daughter, Kim Morin; her son-in-law, Ray; and her three grandsons, Aidan, Dylan, and Ryan, who she loved with all her heart.
“Bruni,” as she was known, also leaves behind her sister, Sally Rivera; brother-in-law, William; their three children, Steven, Regina, and Jason, along with their spouses and children. Additionally, there are numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins whom she loved and cherished.
She was born Aug. 11, 1951, in Puerto Rico. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York. She met the love of her life Eric, and they married on March 18, 1988.
Bruni and Eric reside in Westbrook. She was so lucky to have so many amazing friends and neighbors who have supported both her and Eric through her long and courageous battle.
Bruni was a fixture in her Island View Beach community. When the sun was shining, she was always on the beach with her chair, book, and water. She loved her monthly book club. She just loved reading! She also enjoyed her weekly Mahjong games with the neighborhood crew. Nothing brought her more joy than being with her family.
Bruni was a light not only to her family but to anyone who got the chance to know her.
