Bonnie Ann Sanders Johnson Wilcox
Bonnie Ann Sanders Johnson Wilcox, daughter of the late Myrtle and William Sanders, was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee on April 6, 1937. A Connecticut resident since 1954, Bonnie lived in Deep River, Ivoryton and most recently Killingworth. Bonnie Ann was an active member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Ivoryton, she was a member of the Alter Guild and served on the Vestry and was past Vice President and Secretary of the Episcopal Church Women. Bonnie Ann volunteered at the food pantry and Incarnation Center in Ivoryton.
Bonnie Ann is survived by her loving children: daughter Bettyann Rembisz and her husband, Peter; daughter Sharon Graves and her husband, Larry; son Donald Johnson and his wife Gwen; step-daughter Kathy Trumbull and her husband John. She is also survived by her grandsons, Timothy Graves and Adam Rembisz and his wife, Nicole; and granddaughter Caitlyn Slack and her husband Philip. Bonnie Ann was blessed with her great-grandchildren, Olivia and Finnley, Emma, Henry, and Maxwell and Philip and Ella-Mae. She also leaves her beloved sister Betty Gaudenzi; sister-in-law Ginger Zeleznicky; as well as nieces, Lisa, Marcey, and Melinda; and nephew Paul.
Bonnie Ann was predeceased by her husbands, Donald Johnson, Sr. and Irwin “Rupe” Wilcox. She was also predeceased by her siblings, James Sanders, Charles, and Bob Conwell and Kathy Fuller; and nephew Thomas Conwell.
