Margaret Doerschuk Martone, 87, beloved wife of James F. Martone, Sr., of East Haven, passed away June 27 in the St. Raphael Campus of Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Florence Connolly Doerschuk.

She was the loving mother of James F. Martone, Jr., of East Haven and the late Lisa Massaro; the cherished grandmother of Erica and Brandon Martone and Alex Massaro; and the sister of Jeannette Heslin of Hamden and the late Barbara Walters, and Louis and Francis Doerschuk.

Prior to her retirement Margaret worked for the former Seamless Rubber Co. for many years.

Relatives and friends were invited to a Mass of Christian burial July 2 in Our Lady of Pompeii Church. Burial was private. There were no calling hours.
