Zach, “Ziggy,” was a freethinking, open-minded, conscientious, loving, and spirited being. He was so into the earth and the environment and he cared so much about recycling. Zach had such a strong love for music, he could answer almost any question you asked him, and he listened to a wide variety, some dating back to years before he was born. He frequently attended concerts; that was his favorite way to connect with anyone, through music. He was incredibly accepting of others and he truly had an impact on everyone in his life. Zack was very sincere in his wanting to be there for anyone. He had such a passion for having meaningful, intellectual conversations with the people he cared about, and even with strangers. He will be deeply missed.
Swan Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Families Helping Families (P.O. Box 166, Clinton, CT) or Soldier Boxes, care of Cindy Stevens.
