John David Salerno, 48, passed away Aug. 26 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Mr. Salerno was born Jan. 28, 1969, son of Nancy Long Echlin and the late John Salerno.

He is survived by two sisters, Deborah Moran of Norwalk and Nancy Salerno of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by two nephews, Billy Moran and Danny Moran; and a niece, Ashley Moran.
