Julia Ann (Andrews) Gagnon, 72, of DeLand, Florida, passed away suddenly on Dec. 21, 2016. She was born in Middletown on Oct. 23, 1944, to the late John and Mildred Andrews of Clinton.
Julie leaves behind her children Laurie (Jay) Lake of Windermere, Florida, and Tammy Junior and Kelly Cooper of DeLand, Florida; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother Jack Andrews of Clinton.
Julie was predeceased by her first husband Ken Weeks and her second husband Dick Gagnon. She was also predeceased by her brother Tommie; her stepmother Carolyn; and her grandparents Horace and Julia Andrews of Waterside Lane in Clinton.
Julie moved to DeLand more than 30 years ago and became very active in the community. She served as president of the DeLand Chamber of Commerce, served on the board of Mainstreet DeLand, and was also an advisory board member for the March of Dimes.
She touched many lives working with case management through her business Senior Management Care Programs. Julie loved to read, spend time at the beach, play golf, dance, and spend time with her family and friends.
The family will have a graveside service on Saturday, May 13 at the Indian River Cemetery in Clinton at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
