Marie L. Fischer Clarke, 92, of North Haven passed away peacefully on July 10 at her home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul R. Clarke. Marie was born in New Haven on April 5, 1924, daughter of the late William C. and Laura A. Herbst Fischer.

She was a secretary for the former William C.A. Fischer Plumbing & Heating company.

She was the mother of Paul L. and Bruce F. Clarke. She was the sister of Bill Fischer and the late Pearl Mayer.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Trinity Church on the Green, Temple Street, New Haven, on July 16 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
