Mary Bacon

Mary Bacon, 77, of Branford, died March 6 at Fowler-Apple Rehabilitation in Guilford. Mrs. Bacon was born June 10, 1937, daughter of the late James and Stella Kozlicki Sheehy.

She worked as a medical secretary for Dr. Gerard Sava in Stamford for 25 years. She was also a substitute teacher in Branford. Mrs. Bacon is survived by her children Michael and James Bacon in Arizona, and Susan Hunt of Branford; her grandchildren Steven and Stephanie Hunt, Danielle, Nicole, and Jennifer Bacon, and Stella Kelly; her great-granddaughter Emma Ducharme, and her sister Patricia Smith of North Carolina.

Friends were invited to a Mass of Christian burial March 10 in St. Mary Church, Branford. Burial followed in St. Agnes Cemetery. There were no calling hours. The W.S.
