Leroy Brockett 70, of East Haven, passed away Oct. 22 at the Veterans Hospital in West Haven. He was born Dec. 20, 1943, in New Haven. He is survived by his wife Ruth “Bonnie” Lamb Brockett of East Haven.

He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, brothers, and sisters.

Leroy was past commander of the American Legion Post 89 in East Haven, and past commander of the 2nd District of the American Legion, Dept. of Connecticut. www.ClancyFuneralHome.com.
