Kenneth William Wolfe, Jr.
Funeral services for Kenneth William Wolfe, Jr., of Wadena, Minnesota, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 29 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wadena with Rev. Nate Loer presiding. Friends may call on Sept. 28 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Johnson-Schuller Chapel in Wadena. Visitation will continue on Sept. 29 at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services. Kenneth passed away on Sept. 16 at Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Kenneth William Wolfe, Jr., was born on Oct. 18, 1958, to Kenneth, Sr., and Phyllis (Boyden) Wolfe in Middletown. He married the mother of his son, Dedbra Sypher, on Sept. 1, 1978, but parted ways. He found his love of 18 years, Bethany Beckman, on the internet and settled in Minnesota.
Ken was a very quick-witted man who loved to bring laughter to everyone’s life with his quirky sense of humor. Ken was a man who loved his family and friends with all his heart and put them first above all else. Ken loved his life, especially the joys of his life, his children Will and Tahna, and his grandchildren Cael and Little Will. Ken had a determination that was unwavering and overcame many complicated health battles.
He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Phyllis. He is survived by his love Bethany Beckman of Wadena; children William (Jess) Sypher and their son William Carmine of Westbrook; Tahna (Jason) Rurup and their son Cael Richard of Verndale, Minnesota; sisters Ena McCarthy of Old Saybrook, Darlene (John Bergeron) Wolfe of Huntington, Massachusetts, Donna (Jeff) Bagnati of Old Saybrook; nephews Sean and Kevin McCarthy, and Justin and Josh Bagnati; and nieces Dawn McCarthy and Jessica Wilcox.
