05/20/2013 11:00 AMMargaret Mary Nuzzo Ott, 74, of Hamden Hills Dr., Hamden, formerly of St. John St., North Haven, died on May 15 at the Smilow Cancer Hospital of Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 56 years to Hans A. Ott. Margaret was born in New Haven on July 11, 1938, daughter of the late Alexander and Josephine Rizzo Nuzzo. She was an avid golfer and bowler. Margaret was also a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will truly be missed.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Michael J. Ott of Killingworth, Matthew T. Ott of Glendale, Arizona, Christopher J. Ott and his wife Emilia of Rocky Hill, and Sharon E. Johnson and her husband Eric of Northford. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher, Brian, Kelsey, and Justin Ott, and Zachary, Kyle, and Justine Johnson.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., North Haven, on Wednesday, May 22 at 9:30 a.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Frances Cabrini Church, North Haven, at 10 a.m., followed by burial in All Saints Cemetery.
