02/14/2013 01:00 PMJoyce M. Reigle Hengoed, 88, of Hamden, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at the Hernando Pasco Hospice, New Port Richie, Florida. She was the wife of James R. Hengoed of Hamden. Born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on Sept. 26, 1924; daughter of the late Ralph and Myrtle Mateer Reigle. Mother of Esther (John) Conquest of Hamden. Grandmother of Jac (Laurie) Conquest, Scott (Teena) Conquest and Kate (Tim) Tredwell. Great Grandmother of seven girls. Sister of Lorraine Paulley of Florida and Bill Reigle of New York. She was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Hamden. The visiting hours will be Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
