02/04/2013 09:00 AMMarie T. (Gallo) Grillo Graziano, 72, of North Haven, died on Jan. 28. She was the wife of the late Dr. Antonio Graziano. Marie was born in New Haven on Sept. 11, 1940, daughter of the late Michael and Mary Crispi Gallo. She had worked for the Hamden Board of Education; then for the office of the late Dr. Antonio Graziano; and later as a teller – clerk for the former Wachovia Bank.
She is survived by two children, Nicholas Grillo, Jr. and his partner Brian Pope of North Haven and Mary Ann Grillo Gallagher and her husband Leo of Guilford. She is also survived by her former husband and best friend, Nickolas Grillo of North Haven.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., North Haven, on Thursday, Jan. 31, at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Barnabas Church at 11 a.m., followed by burial in All Saints Cemetery.
